- Individual psychotherapy
Conversation with a trained psychotherapist. A single consultation visit is also possible.
- Couple therapy
You can come to couple therapy alone or together when you cannot find a way forward yourselves.
- Family therapy
Work that takes the family’s relationships into account, whether or not everyone is in the room.
- Short-term therapies
Work of about 5–25 meetings on an agreed focus. The range includes cognitive, solution-focused, integrative and crisis therapy.
- Brief psychotherapy
Brief psychotherapy of 45 minutes has its own price. The site mentions a payment commitment, insurer reimbursement, or self-payment.
- Remote therapy
Therapy and therapeutic conversations by computer or phone, using secure video connections.
- Sexual therapy
Questions about sexuality and gender, alone or with a partner. Marjo Rönkkö is named as the therapist.
- Expressive arts therapy
Image, music, movement, writing, drama and conversation. No prior skill is required. Teija Larsson offers the service.
- Psychologist conversations and support visits
Conversation support in demanding situations. Psychologists Heidi Bergman and Freja Dahl-Lehikoinen are named.
- Neuropsychiatric coaching
Everyday support alongside neuropsychiatric difficulties. Methods include conversation, modelling and practice together.
- Oma väylä rehabilitation
In its self-monitoring programme, LANUPE Oy states that it is a provider of Kela’s Oma väylä rehabilitation.
- LAKU family rehabilitation
LANUPE states in its self-monitoring programme that it provides Kela’s LAKU rehabilitation. The old site had two overlapping URLs.
- Family mediation
Family mediation is in the public service menu. The price list says to ask for the price.
- Family assessment
The price list shows family assessment, 60 minutes, at €90. The old service page returned 404 during the audit.
- Work supervision
Individual, group and workplace supervision, including supervision for managers. Prices are shown plus VAT.
- Workplace wellbeing day
A workplace wellbeing day under a separate agreement. The price list asks for a quote.
- Workplace coaching
Coaching for interpersonal and team skills at work. The price is quoted separately.
- Training and consulting
Training and consulting for companies and municipalities. A 45-minute consultation is €120.
- Groups
Groups named on the public website. Dates are confirmed by the office because older details may be out of date.
- Psychiatrist services
The about page describes a specialist in psychiatry as available through a cooperation agreement.
- Family counselling for municipalities
The website says LANUPE has offered family counselling for municipalities since November 2022.
